Choose Become a host, then + New listing. You will need:
- A title and description.
- Nightly price, and a cleaning fee if you charge one.
- Capacity — guests, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms.
- Photos. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each.
- A location pin.
Setting the location
You have four ways, and you can combine them:
- Type an area in the search box and pick a suggestion.
- Tap 📍 to use your current location.
- Click anywhere on the map.
- Drag the pin to fine-tune the exact spot.
The address under the map tells you where the pin actually is — check it before publishing. Search will get you to the right neighbourhood; dragging gets you to the right building.
Set guest capacity honestly. A listing that sleeps two should say two — overstating it leads to cancellations and poor reviews.
