How to cancel
- Go to My trips.
- Find the booking and choose Cancel.
- Confirm. Any refund is calculated automatically and sent back to your original payment method.
How much you get back
That depends on the listing's cancellation policy, which is shown on every listing page before you book, and on how close to check-in you cancel.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually takes a few working days to show it.
If the host cancels
You are refunded in full, regardless of the policy.
