After your stay ends, a review form appears in My trips. You give a rating out of 5 and can add a comment.
What is public
Reviews are public. They show on the listing page with your name, and they feed the listing's average rating and its "Guest favourite" badge.
Our approach
- Reviews must reflect a real stay — you can only review a booking you actually paid for and completed.
- We do not remove reviews for being unflattering.
- We do remove reviews that are false, abusive, or written to manipulate ratings.
We send one reminder a day or two after checkout if you have not reviewed. You can turn that off in Account → Email reminders.
