Hosts can set two length-of-stay discounts:
- Weekly — applies automatically to stays of 7 nights or more.
- Monthly — applies automatically to stays of 28 nights or more.
Only one applies: a 30-night stay gets the monthly discount, not both. The discount comes off the nightly total before fees and tax are calculated, so it reduces those too.
If a discount applies, the price breakdown on the listing shows it as its own line.
